question with no answer

When I teach Yoga, I ask many questions but these are questions that does not demand an answer.
The questions are a way for you to become interested in what the answer may be… and the answers are inside your body.

“Where do you feel the strongest stretch?”
”Does that sensation spread out or lengthen or go deeper inside the body?
”What part of your body is pushing into another part of your body and what is that intensity?”
”How is that sensation changing as seconds go by?”
”Where do you hold tension and what emotions or thoughts are linked?”

The more you try to get the answer, the more it might pull away.
One thing for sure is that the answers are not speaking to you in English or Japanese or any other language that human beings created.

So trust that your body has the answer and wait patiently as you become fascinated by the number of various sensations that will bubble up the more you allow yourself to be drawn inward.

The intention is not about getting the answer. The intention is to go inward.
